Placing an order
You can place an order with us via email, phone/fax or by mail.
For your convenience you may use our ORDER FORM which you can print off, fill in then send via mail.

We welcome orders from outside the UK. We only accept payment in Pounds Sterling £GBP through

Payment may be made by cheque, postal order, or cash, all of which must be in pounds sterling. If sending cash please send by special delivery or other insured postal means. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Phil Fraser’ in UK pounds sterling.

Payment must be made in full in advance including postage and packing and we guarantee to refund the cost of any items not to your satisfaction. We accept responsibility for any items lost in the post, verification of which will be required from the postal department.

If you do not have a paypal account setting up an account couldn't be easier. Paypal is free to use and when you have a an account you can send money to anyone with an email address. Postage and Packaging
We try to be as fair as we can with our P&P charges as possible. However to keep things simple for all to calculate P&P costs, we use the table below. It is rare for us to have lost items in the post but please note our P&P charges include insurance in case of such a loss. If you are making a large order, in excess of £150 please contact us so we can provide you with an appropriate and fair postage price dependent on the items ordered.
PLEASE NOTE Postage rates have increased considerably in the last few years as have the many options for posting.iIf you want a specific type of postage EG Tracked & signed for please inform us when you place your order, or we will email you if there is an issue that is outside the postage costs below.

For items in stock delivery time will be within 10 days of receipt of payment. For items not held in stock our usual turn around time is within 21 days. Special orders as per arrangement when ordering. Please note that, as we attend a large number of events throughout the season, delays sometimes occur, so contact us for verification of delivery time.
As making footwear is time consuming, sometimes the delay can be more than 21 days especially at peak times during the pre season rush and after big events. We do however make every effort to be as speedy as possible to meet your needs. Please feel free to contact us if you are worried about delivery time.
